Loved the fresh unlimited pancakes served by the attentive staff, especially Yanela and Isel from the kitchen, who were simply amazing. I was told I would receive a refund for the other location but never did, resulting in an overcharge for a single night. This negatively impacted the overall experience.

The hotel had a fantastic pool area where we spent time relaxing together. The kids loved it, and we enjoyed playing billiards too. The staff were super friendly, which made our stay even better.

aloft has a fantastic location. it’s super close to the airport and surrounded by shopping and nightlife. the 24-hour fitness center is equipped with cardio machines and free weights, which I really appreciated during my stay. the outdoor pool is also a nice touch for relaxing after a busy day.
